Rustic Brunch Bridal Shower Recipes!

Recently, me and a few other ladies from Waters Edge Church co-hosted a rustic shower for Molly who is getting married to Eddie May 2nd! Its almost here!! Crazy. Anyways I wanted to post some of the gorgeous photos that Susan Fowler took and some of the recipes we used for the shower brunch! Molly loves Paleo food so you know I was loving that- but there was definitely non non-paleo options ;). Also her colors are navy and coral so you will see some hints of that through out! I loved opening my home and look forward to using our home more!

Dining Room at #homesweetlane

We had make your own Greek Yogurt set up! YUM!

Cake made by another Waters Edge Church Staff member Devin!

Egg, Kale, Sausage + Onion Paleo Casserole

I love a good egg casserole. Easy and delicious and can be prepared ahead of time! I used this recipe as a basis for mine. However, I added 1/4 of diced sweet onion and 1 tsp of garlic powder on the sausage when I browned it! I also baked it in a 7 x 13 dish instead of 8 x 8.

Paleo Lemon + Blueberry Scones/Breakfast Cookies!

^THESE WERE AMAZING. I have given up all desserts for lent but felt like I could eat these.. because its Lemon + Blueberry... like a paleo muffin/scone creation! They were great with coffee! Here is the recipe that Jessi (another amazing WEC person) used to make them. YUM.

Mimosa Bar

The Mimosa bar is pretty self explanatory! We got different types of juices from Trader Joe's rather than just OJ. #YUM Also love the twine mason jars that Casey made for the day :)

No Bake Bird Nest treats

Jessi made these no-bake Bird Nest cookies as the favors and I assembled them with the mini Cadbury Eggs in each one! This is a great idea for Easter Sunday treats as well! This was so fun and it made me so happy because I felt like Spring was finally starting!! Bring on more warm weather and bright sunny days :)
